What Is This?
The Apply Kit is the first action in the Command Centre: it runs the Resume Builder, the Cover Letter Generator, and the Email Generator together from a single job description paste — all grounded in your Master Profile. Nothing is sent or saved until you review and confirm each piece.
How to Use
Open the Command Centre
Open Command Centre from your dock, then hit 'Run Apply Kit'.
Paste the job description (required)
Paste the full JD. You can also add the job title, company, recruiter name and email, platform, job posting URL, salary range, and location — everything optional feeds the tracker and personalizes the email.
Check the pre-flight and run
The kit shows your remaining AI credits and warns if your profile is empty. No credits? The resume leg is skipped automatically — cover letter, email, and tracker still run.
Review your three outputs
Preview the tailored resume (change template, customize sections, download the PDF), read the cover letter (copy, download PDF), and read the application email (copy, or open it in your mail app).
Log the job (optional) and exit
Hit 'Add to Application Tracker' — the company, title, platform, job URL, recruiter, salary, and location carry over. Then head back to Home.

What to Expect

- Tracker entry is optional and pre-filled from your form
Good to Know
- The kit does not send anything on your behalf — emails go out of your own mail app, resumes download as files.
- AI output quality depends on your Master Profile. An empty profile produces weak resumes, cover letters, and emails — import your resume first if you haven't.
Tips & Common Mistakes
Fill company + recruiter details even when you're unsure — they flow into both the email personalization and the tracker.
Toggle resume sections in the review screen before downloading — the PDF regenerates instantly.
If one leg fails (e.g., email rate limit), retry just that leg from the results screen.
