Every change we ship, in plain words. No jargon, no buried fixes — if it affects you, it's here.

emm4.1.0LatestOct 1, 2026

A new workspace, sharper interviews and more...

  • New: the version-4 redesign is complete — a new dock system carries you across the whole platform, so every tool is one tap away wherever you are.
  • New: dual theme. Switch between Night and Paper anytime — every screen in your workspace follows your eyes; public pages keep their own look.
  • New: the interview engine is rebuilt to mirror real interviews more closely — questions tune to your target role and round, with sharper questions and a deeper feedback report.
  • New: Career Compass runs on a faster engine — the same deep counseling session, answers arrive quicker, quality untouched. Plus a redesigned entry, session, and report, and an End button on every screen.
  • New: a guided tour of your workspace on first visit — dock, jump palette, theme, live widgets. Replay it anytime from Help.
  • Fixed: resume imports, Compass sessions, and report generation — plus many smaller fixes for performance and stability across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
  • Security and reliability updates across the platform.

Sweating on the hard parts

  • We heard your feedback — and we are sweating hard on voice interviews and negotiation drills. Good things are on the way.
  • Fixed bugs across the platform for better performance and stability.
  • A smoother resume experience: failed imports no longer count against your daily limit, files that are too large now get a clear message instead of a mystery error, and profile saves are safer than ever.
  • We are working on improving Catalyst features across the board — more soon.

  • Coming soon: verified reviews from real users on our new Reviews page.

A new homepage and sign-in

  • The homepage was rebuilt as one clear journey — from the problem, to the tools, to the offer. Same tools, a much clearer story.
  • Every page now loads faster and runs lighter — noticeably easier on battery and data, especially on phones.
  • A cleaner sign-in that works the same for everyone: one email, one code. New here? Your account is created automatically — no separate signup, no passwords.
  • Help guides, FAQ, practice, and policy pages share the same refreshed look, top to bottom.

Pricing in your currency, and a homepage for the Negotiation Coach

  • The pricing section now switches between India (₹) and International ($) — each region’s price is set on its own, never converted from the other.
  • Catalyst Plus finally lists everything it unlocks, with session counts, so there’s no guessing what you get.
  • New on the homepage: a Negotiation Coach section with a sample exchange and scorecard preview.
  • Negotiation scorecards and transcripts are now downloadable as PDFs.

Negotiation Coach: practice the offer conversation out loud

  • New: the Negotiation Coach (Catalyst Plus) — describe your situation, get an editable strategy brief, then negotiate out loud against an AI employer who has a confidential constraint sheet you can’t see.
  • 9 scenarios — base salary, joining bonus, equity, work mode, notice buyout, competing offer, the full arc, resignation & counter, and a cold screening-call drill that hits you with “what are your expectations?” unprepared.
  • Three difficulty levels: Collaborative, Standard, and Hardball (stacked real tactics — low anchors, exploding offers, pressure without rudeness).
  • Honest two-tier scorecard after every session: your craft, how well you adapted to this employer, tactic replays with better scripts, and the outcome math against what was actually possible.
  • No offer letter needed — the brief covers screening calls and verbal offers too, because that’s where most of the leverage lives. Freshers get an honesty mode; India users get India reality, not US folklore.
  • Sessions share your interview pool at half weight: 2 negotiations = 1 interview session. No new pricing.
  • Fixed: DS Practice received a full content accuracy pass across all 8 modules — corrections, better placement, and fixed difficulty labels.

Apply Kit: one paste, the whole application

  • New: the Command Centre — home for multi-tool actions. First one up: the Apply Kit (Hustler plan).
  • Paste a job description once and get a tailored resume, a cover letter, and an application email — all reviewed by you before anything is final, with the job optionally logged in your tracker.
  • Costs exactly what the individual tools cost (1 AI credit). No new pricing, no bundles.
  • New: this very changelog page — every change we ship, in plain words.
  • Fixed: resume preview issues, including blank previews in Firefox.
  • Small polish: a tidier dashboard header.

754 free interview questions — and a gift on the homepage

  • New: DS Practice — 754 interview questions across SQL, Python, statistics, A/B testing, metrics, machine learning, behavioral, and system design.
  • Every question comes with progressive hints, a model solution, and honest self-assessment. SQL and Python need no account at all.
  • Session summaries, Review Missed mode, and weakest-area drills — so practice turns into progress. Timed mode (10/20/45 min) when you want pressure.
  • The homepage grew a gift box, and the whole site got faster and lighter.
  • Fix: logging in now takes you back to where you were headed.

Skip the form — import your resume

  • New: upload an existing resume (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) and your Master Profile fills itself in about 30 seconds.
  • Scanned resumes work too — we read them visually instead of giving up.
  • Nothing is saved until you review it and hit save. Your data, your call.
  • Free — 3 imports a day.

Faster, sharper AI — and steadier sessions

  • Upgraded the AI behind Career Compass, interview feedback, and resume importing. Faster answers, better quality, same price.
  • Fixed: interview feedback generation, verified end to end.
  • Fixed: ending an interview twice no longer generates your feedback twice.
  • Fixed: Career Compass no longer freezes on an endless spinner.
  • Moving between pages now shows proper loading skeletons instead of blank moments.

Career Compass, steadier

  • Rejecting an analyst insight no longer restarts your question count — it just extends the phase a little.
  • Smoother handling of unexpected AI answers mid-session. Fewer dead ends.
  • Clearer messages when you're moving too fast, instead of raw error codes.
