Follow-up Kit (Command Centre)
HustlerPart of Catalyst Basic — included with the Hustler plan or a Catalyst Plus subscription. Drafts draw from your daily 25-email allowance (shared with outreach, cover letters, and every other email feature). Max 10 drafts per run.
Every follow-up you owe, drafted in one sweep. Due tracker entries become stage-aware thank-you or check-in emails — review, copy, and dates roll to +7 days.
What Is This?
The Follow-up Kit is the second action in the Command Centre: it scans your Application Tracker for follow-ups that are due (or overdue), drafts one email per job — a thank-you if you interviewed, a check-in if you're still waiting — and when you're done, pushes every drafted job's follow-up date to +7 days in one step. Nothing sends itself: you copy each draft into your own mail and press send yourself.
How to Use
Open the Follow-up Kit
Open Command Centre from your dock and hit 'Run Follow-up Kit'. The kit lands on your due list automatically.
Pick the jobs (max 10 per run)
Tick the entries you want drafted — the cap keeps the sweep focused and your quota predictable. The ⓘ button on any row shows the full tracker context (status, dates, recruiter, notes) before you commit.
Run the sweep
Hit Draft. Each selected job gets one email, drafted from your Master Profile and the job's stage: interviewed → thank-you, still waiting → check-in. Progress streams two drafts at a time.
Copy the drafts you're sending
Each draft shows subject and body in full. Copy the ones you're sending — pasting into your mail app is the send button.
Mark them followed up (+7 days)
One button pushes every drafted job's follow-up date to a week from today — in a single save, with a per-job confirmation.

What to Expect
- The due list pre-filtered, soonest follow-up first
- Stage-aware drafts: thank-you after an interview, check-in otherwise
- Misses are listed with reasons — nothing fails silently
- One save moves all drafted dates +7 days at once
Good to Know
- The kit never sends email — you copy drafts into your own mail app.
- No regenerate button: an unsatisfying draft is simply not copied; a fresh one costs quota on the next run.
- It only sweeps follow-ups that are due — future-dated and already-pushed entries stay untouched.
Tips & Common Mistakes
Run the kit right after your morning coffee — the bell counts what's due, the kit clears it.
Drafted a job but not sending? Don't mark it — only marked jobs get their dates moved.
Keep your tracker's follow-up dates honest when logging jobs; the kit is only as good as its due list.
