What Is This?
Two things live here: public verified reviews (what real users say about PrepMyRez, shown on the Reviews page at /reviews) and private feedback (bugs, ideas, confusions — straight to our team inbox). Both start from the Share Feedback page at /feedback. For reviews on an independent platform, we also have a Trustpilot profile.
How to Use
Open Share Feedback
Use the Share Feedback link in the site footer, or the one-time prompt that may appear on Home.
Write a verified review (public)
Choose the in-house review: your display name and role headline come from your Master Profile, you pick a star rating and write the review, and you can optionally add your LinkedIn URL so readers can verify you're real.

Prefer an independent platform? The Share Feedback page links straight to our Trustpilot profile.
Send private feedback instead
Not for public eyes? Pick private feedback, choose a type (bug, idea, confusion, other) and write your message.

What to Expect
- The Reviews page shows only human-approved reviews from real accounts — no seeds, no fake reviews, ever.
- Your review shows your name and role with a Verified-user badge; LinkedIn link is optional.
- If there aren't many approved reviews yet, the page says so honestly rather than padding the count.
Good to Know
- Reviews are not published instantly — every one is moderated first, so yours may take a little time to appear.
- Moderation approves or rejects reviews; it never rewrites your words.
Tips & Common Mistakes
Adding your LinkedIn URL makes your review stronger — readers can verify you're a real user.
